Today Fat Bird Coffee will introduce to you sheng puer tea brewed in Lam tubes. . In Ha Giang, there are many ethnic groups living, they have a long tradition of tea processing and using tea from ancient trees that grow wild. After collecting buds, flowers, and leaves from ancient wild tea trees, the people will preliminarily process and stuff the tea into bamboo tubes, then heat it over the fire and ferment it for 3 months to 7 years. The longer the tea is fermented, the more valuable it is. Every year, each season the tea taste will change like the famous Pu Er tea we know. Depending on the ingredients, it will give off a sweet or bitter taste, but in general, the tea has a sweet aftertaste.
The blend of ancient tea leaves, bamboo, kitchen smoke, fermented tea... all make for an indescribably drunken tea. . It can be considered that this is a unique tea line that every tea enthusiast should try once...
Brewing Guide:
We recommend using clay tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot 1/4 to 1/3 full with tea leaves. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 100°c for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
